Ok so we found out we are having a Baby Boy!!! Now its time for everyone to Guess how big he is going to be.
Keep in mind that the Dr. said that he is in the 91st % for his age. Long legs and a big dome! lol.

My Guess is 9lbs 13oz and 21in.

So I ordered Ashley and I a fetal heart doppler, and it arrived yesterday afternoon. I called her on my first break and "we" tried to hear the heart beat then. But Ashley was unable to find it. So when I got home this morning we tried it again. (Daddy found it right away)
We decided that we would record it for all of you to hear.

Gooey Butter Cookies!!

So to Cheer myself up after Jake went to work I made Some Gooey Butter Cookies!!!
They are So yummy and Affordable. I cant wait for Jake to come home and try them.

Gooey Butter Cookies:

8 oz cream cheese-softened

1 stick unsalted butter-softened

powdered sugar

1 egg

1/4 tsp. vanilla

1 box yellow cake mix

Mix cream cheese, butter & egg. Add vanilla & cake mix. Shape dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Flatten dough .slightly on greased cookie sheet (I like parchment paper better) and bake 8-10 minutes @ 350. They are soooo good! I've also heard of this recipe being used with strawberry cake mix. Enjoy!

Our Lives Together

Well followers. We are all moved into our new home. It was one of the smoothest moves either one of us have ever experienced. Which surprised us both!
We got our Internet, cable and phone going. So if you would like to call us. Please send us an email and we will weigh the pros and cons about giving you our number.
We have found our "thing" to do together. And that is fishing. We are both at 1 catch. However. Mine was about 3 times the size of hers. (I'm happy about it)
Ashley has been waiting to get some mail saying that has been in Iowa for at least a week so she can get her car licenced here.
Another pretty awesome thing is. We have set a date for our wedding day!!! May 20th 2011 will be the day!!!! I can not express how excited I am! Not sure how Ashley feels. You all will have to ask her.
Ashley has been looking for a job. But so far no luck with that.

Well everyone. I am going to end this. And spend some time with my bride.

Less Preg... more Puffy!!

I am Certainly starting to feel less pregnant and more like the michalan man or the big marshmallow guy from gostbusters!! Jake keeps reasuring me that I look fine, but between the move, gaining this big ol' tummy and sweating because nothing short of the arctic circle is cool enough for me I just don't have the patience to listen to him. I cant wait to feel the baby move and to find out the sex so that I can feel I have more of an excuse to gain this tummy.

on the lighter side me and Jake bought a new vacume, new shower decor for our bathroom and a couch and loveseat + I am getting along pretty well with the packing. Only 6 more days then I will offically be a Iowa Citizen :( LOL. My heart and mind will always be towards NE.
